we loved our deluxe two-bedroom apartment at vision. it was spacious, clean, and had all the essentials we needed. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the center. the staff was super friendly and helped us organize trips. we enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful palm tree garden pool.

The kitchen was well equipped but the TV remote didn’t work (had to fix it myself). The balcony had a lovely view of the pool, the staff were super friendly, and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool.

The linen and pillows felt old and thin, not what you'd expect for a five-star accommodation. Additionally, the shower pressure was low and there was a leak in the main bedroom. Cleaning services for longer stays could use improvement. daily cleaning wasn't offered.
